Log into your account portal and select the specific order containing the items you wish to send back to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Pack Your Gear

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manufacturer tags and protective seals are intact to avoid restocking fees.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our pit crew inspects your return at the warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
